About our Pre-School
Lympsham Pre-School has been registered since August 1992 and was originally positioned in the Manor Hall, Rectory Road, Lympsham.
From 16th March 2009 it moved into a purpose built Elliot building adjacent to the First School and next to the Post Office.
We are currently open from 9.00am to 3.00pm for either a morning (9-12), afternoon (12-3) or full day (9-3) session every day during term time for the care of children aged 2 years to school age. We are registered by OFSTED for 30 children per session.
We offer your child:
A specially tailored curriculum to meet current Government learning goals;
Individual care and attention with our ratio of adults and children;
The support of a personal keyworker;
Opportunities for you and your family to be directly involved in the activities of the group and in your child’s progress.
Strong links with Lympsham C of E VC First School
We are also able to offer a breakfast and afterschool club for children from 2 to 9 yrs and will open from 8.00am to 6.00pm. We employ only qualified staff and do not rely on a parent rota, although parents are encouraged to share any special skills they may have with the children. (Please contact the Preschool staff to arrange a mutually acceptable time).
